Enda McNulty

Enda holds a degree in psychology from Queens University Belfast and a degree in Sports Science from University of Ulster.

He had a very successful career at the highest level of Gaelic football in Ireland as a member of the Armagh team that won seven Ulster titles, a National League and an All-Ireland title over a ten-year period. Armagh were renowned for their physical fitness, professional standards and strong leadership and these achievements have shaped Enda’s career.

Enda brings the same winning attitude and meticulous preparation he displayed as part of that team to his role as CEO and leader of McNulty Performance. He has worked with a wide array of corporate clients in Ireland, Europe, North America and Asia and has successfully delivered motivational programmes on human performance, leadership, team performance and mental toughness to companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Merck, Kelloggs, Kerry Group, Lidl and Morgan Stanley.

Padraic Moyles

Padraic Moyles

Padraic has danced in Riverdance thousands of times to millions of people throughout the world over the last 15 years. He has danced at the biggest venues and in front of the world leaders in business, sport, politics.

He now has the role of Associate Director of Riverdance. This role is identifying the talent, acquiring the talent and developing the talent in Riverdance. Padraic is also on the McNulty Performance team for the last ten years as the “head of performance.”

Padraic’s mindset, energy, enthusiasm and leadership is world class.  He is an expert in Peak Performance, Energy Management and High Performance teams and has run hundreds of workshops for McNulty Performance across many teams and organisations.

Padraic is a very confident, passionate trainer and he will inspire your team and organisation in regard to unlocking their potential.

Lisa Colgan

Lisa is the Client Engagement Lead for McNulty Performance. She has in excess of 15 years experience in the communications industry, working for large organisations and global leaders.

Lisa has always worked with the highest level leaders and business teams, building strong relationships and delivering services to meet the expectations of stakeholders through a partnering approach. She works to ensure excellence in the delivery of services, operational effectiveness and efficiencies through close connections with her colleagues and clients.

A proactive problem solver with a creative approach to all endeavours, motivated by a focused growth mindset and an eye for attention to detail.

Lisa is a yoga teacher and perpetual Yoga student and strongly believes balance is an integral part of all aspects of everyone’s lives. She shares her passion through her teachings, encouraging mindfulness, while blending movement, breath and meditation in a very relatable way! Lisa’s life mission is to get everyone moving, connecting and ultimately living to their fullest potential in peace and harmony.

Austin O'Malley BW

Austin O' Malley

Austin is a highly accomplished Irish Professional GAA Player and Strength and Conditioning coach. He is experienced working with both corporate and athletic populations. Austin enjoyed the successes on the field which inspired him to carve a career in coaching teams and individuals to increase their performance.

He has over 15 years of experience working, playing and coaching in high performance teams which include Mayo, Wicklow, St. Vincent’s, UCD and Sligo IT. He is currently still playing with his home club Louisburgh while also managing the strength and conditioning element of their performance set up.

He has worked previously for a number of years within the education sector, while he holds a number of academic qualifications including a Hdip in Education, BBS degree in Business, HND in Leisure and Recreation management, Diploma in Sport Management and is currently finishing a BSC in Strength and Conditioning.

Austin believes both his sporting career and coaching roles enable him to inspire and provide insight into what it takes to be successful for any individual. Additionally, Austin has garnered success at entry level which include Connacht titles, National league, Sigerson Cups, Senior Club Championships in both Dublin and Wicklow while winning both Intermediate and of late Junior County and Connacht titles with his native club Louisburgh. He has acquired numerous other accolades throughout both his professional and sporting career.

Austin has also just taken up the post of UCD Fresher Football Manager for the coming Academic year.

Niall Watters

Niall holds a degree in International Business with Spanish from Queen’s University Belfast. He has worked across a number of multi-cultural markets and industries.

Having grown up in a family business, Niall developed an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in business from a young age. Following his studies, he attained a vast amount of international work experience, spanning areas such as financial reporting and analysis, global sales and account management. In one of his roles he took 127 flights in a period of 15 months leading projects in locations such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Sao Paulo. This enabled Niall to fully understand what it takes to maintain peak performance.

Having worked with the most recognised companies in the world, he is aware that no single approach is right for every individual, so he uses this international experience to tailor his approach as per each client’s needs whilst understanding their cultural demands.

Niall is passionate about how your mentality and maintaining a positive mindset can make a huge impact on your daily life. He takes great pride in supporting people to fulfil their potential.

Siobhan Carrabin bw

Siobhan Carrabin

Siobhan holds a BA in English and Economics and a MSc in Sports and Exercise Management from UCD.

Her Master’s degree enabled her to combine her passion for sport with her passion for business.

She has previously worked in marketing and events with well-known agencies and brands as well as being involved in the organisation of major family events around Ireland. Whilst studying in university, she worked at major sporting events across the UK and also has experience in Irish sport broadcasting.

Daire is an award-winning producer who has been behind some of the most popular and innovative digital media properties in the Irish media landscape. He was co-founder of Off the Ball, the multi-award winning nightly sports show on Newstalk radio. He co-founded RandomThoughts Media in 2006 which was at the forefront of mobile content, producing video and audio content for clients including: eircom, o2, 3, Ogilvy, Leinster Rugby.

Most recently he was launch editor of one of Ireland’s most successful digital platforms, Joe.ie, and has launched Independent News & Media’s new podcast network across business, politics, sport and lifestyle, garnering over 2million downloads & plays since its launch in Jan 2016
