Enda McNulty, CEO and founder of McNulty, has developed a unique approach to leadership, resilience, teams, and wellbeing through his experience in sport, psychology, and business.
With 25 years of coaching elite performance in sports, business, politics, and performance arts, he has worked with top teams and athletes, including Joe Schmidt’s Leinster and Ireland teams.
Enda has also coached high-level executives from companies like Microsoft, Facebook, Intel, and Amazon. He specializes in Leadership, Mindset, High Performance Teams, Creative Performance Environments, Resilience, and Wellbeing, and is the author of the best-selling book “Commit!”. He serves on the board of the John & Pat Hume Foundation.

"My colleagues and I, at McNulty specialise in performance, culture, and wellbeing. We have worked with 100s of professional athletes in different sports ranging from golf, rugby, pro soccer, basketball, track and field, Gaelic Games, tennis, swimming, horse racing.
We have worked with over one hundred sporting teams in Gaelic Games, pro soccer, basketball, rugby, hockey, track and field.
We have worked with over 150 companies ; from the tiny start-ups we worked with in the early days to now being very fortunate to work with some of the biggest companies in the world like Amazon, Microsoft, Intel, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Facebook.
Our mission is to inspire our clients to achieve their full potential; whether that’s in business , in sport, or life.
Our vision is to be a game changing company that transforms human potential globally. (I know that is hugely ambitious. And it excites and yet frightens the life out of me…but my team and I are totally committed to growing and scaling a game changing company.)
I have been humbled to have written a best-selling book called Commit which is a journey through a lot of the lessons, principles and inspirational people I have met in my life so far.
I have been hugely fortunate in my upbringing , my education, and my career to date. I have also been so lucky to have played Gaelic Football for many teams from school boy levels to senior inter-county and provincial level. I was privileged to have played with a lot of great players and a lot of great coaches and teams. I have a huge interest in coaching, as well as inspiring and creating sustainable change."
