Leadership coaching with McNulty combines theory, implementation, subject-matter experts, group discussion and experiential learning, delivered across engaging physical and digital interactive formats.
Every programme starts with your organisation. We build the content around your strategic direction and the specific challenges your leaders face, rather than delivering a fixed curriculum. Our experts come from very different backgrounds, elite sport, performance arts, international negotiation, and that range is what makes the work land with real people in real roles.
The coaching is designed to embed. Behavioural change takes time, so the work is structured to give leaders repeated opportunities to apply what they learn, get feedback on it, and adjust, with support in place throughout.
