I first played on this pitch for Queen’s University Belfast against University College Dublin We we the underdogs big time. And yet we beat a team who had more “⭐️stars” and many more “🥇medals “after their name. It was one of the most enjoyable victories we ever had.

Since then I have trained hundreds of times on this pitch; usually after a long day and usually to reconnect with my roots. By total serendipity this is a few kicks of a ball away from where I spent a huge amount of time as mental toughness and performance coach at Leinster rugby 🏉

This day a few weeks back I was put through my paces by Heavy Man Films as we begin to reflect on 20 years in business at McNulty .We are still underdogs, we now compete with companies on a global stage who have many more stars and many more medals. We are good with that too, it allows us to keep our edge every day.
